- Navigate to the "python" folder within the pgAdmin4 installation files ("C:\Program Files\pgAdmin 4\python"). Run PowerShell as administrator in "python" folder and execute the following command. 

	.\python.exe -m pip install "psycopg[binary,pool]"

- Navigate to the "web" folder within the pgAdmin4 installation files ("C:\Program Files\pgAdmin 4\web"). Set the MASTER_PASSWORD_REQUIRED parameter to False in the config.py file.

	MASTER_PASSWORD_REQUIRED=False

- Ensure that the "pgadmin4Dispatcher.exe" file is located inside the Components folder in PSM.
